Please send us your request 3 months before departure. Before this deadline, no agent discount will be granted as we can not forecast the availibility of our flights.

Booking is done by Air Tahiti, in a specific booking class.

Please send us by fax (689) 86 40 99 the following supporting documentation:

1. a copy of your IATA travel agent ID, or the complete list of employees of the ARC agency (US travel agencies)
2. an official discount request signed by your manager including the following information: your title and the IATA or ARC number of your agency
3. the following information:

• name and surname for each passenger (travel agent ang companion)
• contacts or name of each accommodation, in each island
• international flight numbers and dates of arrival/departure in French Polynesia

In case a booking has already been made by Air Tahiti, please give us your file locator number.
