GDS on which Air Tahiti e-Ticket is activated
It is possible to issue e-Tickets from the following GDS:
Amadeus, Galileo, Appolo, Worldspan, Gabriel and Sabre.
Air Tahiti is a member of BSP
Air Tahiti is a member of the following BSPs:
France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.
Air Tahiti is also an ARC member in United States.
A commission is applicable on Air Tahiti fares including VAT, fuel surcharge and airport taxes. It is 5% on all BSP mentioned above, and 7% on the ARC in the USA.
Air Tahiti e-Ticket Interline agreements
You have the possibility to issue interline E-Tickets on the following companies, with which we have e-Ticket Interline agreements:
AF, DL, LA, NZ, QF, SB, TN.
Air Tahiti is a member of BSP
Air Tahiti is a member of the following BSPs:
France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.
Air Tahiti is also an ARC member.
From June 1st 2008, all issues should be done as an E-Ticket. Neutral BSP paper tickets issued can not be used anymore for a validation on Air Tahiti (VT-135).
In the United States, after June 1st 2008, issuance on ARC neutral paper documents validated on VT, until the electronic ticketing capability is available, will still be authorized.
E-Tickets issuance for infants
E-Tickets issuance for infants is only possible if his itinerary contains at least one VT segment.
The E-Ticket will be validated on one of the following airlines according to the "choice of the validating airline" IATA rule in effect:
- VT - Air Tahiti
- TN – Air Tahiti Nui
This list will be completed as technical implementations go along between Air Tahiti and its Interline partners airlines.
Should it be otherwise, we suggest you contact your inbound agency.
E-Ticket issuance from passive segment
E-Ticket issuance from passive segments is not allowed.
E-Ticket issuance for groups
E-Ticket issuance for groups is possible if the ticket validation is done on Air Tahiti (VT-135) and if the itinerary entails an Air Tahiti segment.
Booking: the names of each passenger will have to be shown in the group PNR.
Ticket issue: each passenger constituting the group should have its nominative ticket.
Should it be otherwise, we suggest you contact your inbound agency.
E-Ticket issuance for "Open" segments.
E-Ticket issuance for "Open" segments is possible if the validation is done on Air Tahiti (VT-135) and if the itinerary entails an Air Tahiti confirmed segment or on waiting list.
E-Ticket issuance for AD’s
The demand has to be done in accordance with the provided conditions here .
Air Tahiti ground handling agencies
All Air Tahiti inbound agencies can issue Air Tahiti E-Tickets.
